I don't hold much credence in appearance, (beauty/ugly) because the moment a person opens their mouth, that opinion can be changed... I have met many people the world considers "attractive"" but in their words or deeds have found them to be ugly inside and out.. I’ve been married for 43 years and have two children, Sarah, a veterinarian, and Ryan, a computer programmer. Currently I am enjoying being retired and keep busy spending time up at our cabin and babysitting our three young granddaughters. They keep me young… But tired! | |

I've been married for 46 years (Jan 1972) to Bonnie, who was at Concordia College when I met her in 1968, and have two boys 41 and 38. I retired from The US Customs Service in 2002 where I worked as a criminal investigator and pilot doing counter drug air interdiction of aircraft smuggling, mostly drugs, across the border and now live in East Central Minnesota. I continue to fly and also do security work. I do pilot service for several companies in the Minneapolis area and have also been certified by the TSA to act as an Armed Security officer (ASO) on flights into Washington DC Reagan Airport. My wife is a retired school teacher but stays busy doing some substitute teaching in the area. My oldest boy, Matthew, finished his master’s degree in business and the younger guy, Kersten, works in sales with a Toyota dealer (Rudy Luther) and is involved with some TV and radio work. Matthew is married but Kersten is still single and lives in my dad’s old house where we lived while going to SLP. It will certainly be nice to see lots of you at the reunion. I’ve met up with several classmates recently in various parts of the country and hope to see them again in August. Bring business cards; it’s easier than trying to write on a napkin in the dark.

I graduated from Eastern Montana College in 1974, was married in 1978, and have enjoyed a long career in gymnastics, which I began in high school (I was able to connect with my St. Louis Park coach, Myla Urban, at a University of Minnesota gymnastics banquet a few years ago). My other "fun" job has been with Best Brains, Inc. since 1993. (BBI produced the cable TV show Mystery Science Theater 3000). I recently became a grandmother of twin girls, so I am feeling a bit old! In my spare time I do video editing--and talk to babies! |

Always the fat shy girl throughout my early life I found my place at Stephens College in Columbia Missouri.Got my BA in Business/Retail. Moved back to Minnesota ending up at Philip Morris aka Altria....met Greg at work. Two kids and two homes later.... as Senior Account Manager Then encountered the get rid of old people. Ended up working for two competitors. Worked a couple of years to bridge and am now retired. I now love my garden, granddaughter and soon to come grandson and my life!! |
