| Comment: Since graduation, I lived in Los Angeles several times and working primarily in the legal field. I have one son who lives in Florida and a granddaughter I adore. 14 years ago we decided it was time to get out of the cold/snow, moving to a milder climate was at the top of the list. Being history enthusiasts and after several vacations to Colonial Williamsburg - living where one vacations seemed like a good plan. So we moved to Williamsburg, VA. I have worked at the College of William and Mary for the past 13 years in the VP for Student Affairs office and my husband works at Colonial Williamsburg and wears an 18th century costume every day and now he entertains tourists! | |

In my minds eye I can still see myself walking to school down Alabama Ave. , across Hwy. 7 past Central Jr. High then up the hill to the High school. After graduation and a couple of years of school I met my life's love at a ski area, we bought 40 acres in the northland and started a family. We've been married 34 years have 3 independent adult children and two grandkids. I love gardening, playing guitar, hunting and canoe trips. |

| Comment: Forty-five is old, but celebrating a 45th H.S. reunion - Yikes! A brief summary of the last 45 years: I graduated from Northwest Nazarene University with a B.A. in Biology, so it only made sense to start a career in finance! I started out as loan officer and ended my career as manager of the Port of Portland Credit Union. In 1998, I graduated with a teaching certificate and taught for eight years at a wonderful Catholic School. I spent eight years in politics, then resumed my teaching career, last fall, in Arizona, teaching fifth graders (possibly the perfect age group!) Hobbies: 'Sang with Portland Opera Chorus at Carnegie Hall. "Sang with a local choir in England for 2 1/2 weeks. Sang with another local choir for ten years. 'Was in the movie, "Homeward Bound", but don't blink or you'll miss me! 'Just for fun was an extra in several other movies and commercials. 'Still teaching piano after 28 years, and still after tons of dirt and millions of flowers, love yard work. Church stuff was the continuous thread along with my great and large (lots of cousins et.al.) family and friends. | |

Readers Digest version - 4 Years of college at Bemidji State University. Motivated by family friend and mentor to join family in the insurance industry. Married 1st and only wife Renae, March of 1979. Met at Tatra Ski Shop summer of 1970! Gorgeous blonde with a teaching / coaching background. Happily married for more than 30 years! Launched business in 1980 that provided freedom and flexibility so Renae and I could depart from the typical work world July of 1982 to have children and grow up with them. Moved to another lake in Brainerd fall of 1995. An area with an abundance of lakes and golf courses. Plus, easy trip to Mpls for fun, culture and shopping. 3 Sons and 9 grandchildren. Blessed.. Big time thanks to reunion organizers! |
