Hello...I was a classmate of Risa's at St. Louis Park High School...if memory serves me well, I first met her in the 7th grade at Central Jr. High School. I was a shy, nervous, insecure boy with few friends. Risa took me under her wing, introduced me to her many friends, saw to it that I was invited to many Bar and Bat Mitzvas, etc. I can't imagine life at that awkward age without Risa's friendship. She was a friend to anyone and everyone and I can still see and hear her "strong" presence in my mind. I have never forgotten her and had always hoped our paths would one day cross again. I remain hopeful they still will.... I am profoundly saddened to learn of her passing, and offer my most heart-felt condolences to her family. Wayne KlaymanOakdale, MN
