Went to Caltech for astronomy and ended up with a degree in math. Went to Kentucky for the horses and ended up with a PhD in statistics. Married an astronomy professor, have a boy and a girl, an electrical engineer and a Classics scholar (really). Health sort of gave out after the children so have never used my degree for teaching as intended. Thoroughbreds were always my avocation, so I got more serious about my writing and had a regular column in a monthly newsletter on pedigrees until the recent economic unpleasantness. |

Oy, I just recieved the notice of our 50th HS Grad!! I remember my parents attending their 50th HS graduation and thinking how old they must be and never imagining that someday that would be me, that is now us. I have been blessed with 3 wonderful daughters, 3 wonderful sons-in-law and 6 most wonderful grandchildren. I've been married to a '68 Park grad, Barry Frailich for over 45 years. Like probably most of us who have reached this milestone age in life, I/we have had our share of heartaches and sorrow, but I continue to feel grateful everyday for all the blessings in my life. I'm grateful for having grown up in SLP and for having some of the same friends then, as now. Thank you organizers for all the time and effort into putting our reuninon together. I look forward to seeing a few, I hope, familiar faces in Sept 2020. Midge |
